Predicting that the security industry’s move to converged solutions is likely to take 10+ years, this new report sheds light on the changing role different business stakeholders now play in the procurement of security solutions including marketing, operations, HR and financial departments.
IFSEC 2011 survey reports rise in security spending in Europe
A Frost & Sullivan survey of 355 end-users and channel players looking to attend IFSEC, the world’s largest annual security event, has found that security spending is on the rise.
End-users are reporting a 3% increase in budgets for video surveillance systems whilst budgets for access control and security systems integration will rise by around 2% over the next twelve months.
