Redcare Complete
Redcare Complete is Redcare's premium service consisting of an integrated fire, intruder and CCTV security service with event-triggered video recording remote surveillance.

Redcare Complete is a dual path broadband & mobile data (GPRS) high-security signalling service with event triggered video recording, remote surveillance, secure ADSL broadband router and 24 hour battery standby, all in a single package.

The service is designed to connect to an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) over fixed IP infrastructure such as Broadband or LAN connections, and also has an inclusive GPRS back up that provides a secondary path in the event of failure.

Redcare Secure
Redcare Secure is an alarm signalling system that comes in three variants.

Depending on the risk level of your home or business premises and your technology preference you can choose between Secure 2 (for Grade 2 risk), Secure 3 (Grade 3 risk) and Secure IP (Grade 4 risk).

Redcare Secure benefits from being a ‘dual path’ system, which means that two separate routes are used to signal the alarms to your Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).
Whichever system you choose you can have the peace of mind that comes from knowing that if intruders enter your property, a signal will be sent to your ARC, and the emergency services alerted.

Redcare GSM
Redcare GSM is a Grade 4 signalling system and offers the highest level of protection you can buy. The BT phone line on which your Redcare GSM operates is monitored constantly and if the line is cut or there is a fault on the line this is signalled to the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) within just 40 seconds.

Every two minutes Redcare GSM also checks that the alarm on your property is working, adding another level of security to your alarm system. In the event of an alarm sensor being triggered in your property, it takes just a few seconds for the ARC to be alerted. If this is confirmed by a second zone being triggered, then your ARC can legitimately contact the emergency services and dispatch them to secure your property.

Redcare GSM also benefits from being a ‘dual path’ system.

Redcare Classic
Redcare Classic is a grade 4 system that offers the most secure form of alarm signalling available. The service provides continuous monitoring of the BT telephone line that links a professionally installed alarm system on a customer’s premises to an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). The result is continuous protection, every second of the day, every day of the year.

Unlike other alarm signalling services, Redcare both alerts the ARC when it detects a line cut AND provides encryption to prevent the substitution of equipment or "spoofing" (emulation) of line conditions. This is why Redcare is the most secure system of its kind.

Redcare Fire
Just because you have a fire alarm system installed, it doesn’t mean you’re fully protected. Redcare Fire alarm signalling is connected to an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) via a BT phone line. If your alarm is triggered - through accident or arson - the ARC is alerted within seconds and can summon the emergency services as required.

Redcare uses intelligent technology to actively check that your phone line is working and to detect any problems. Line cuts or faults are signalled to the alarm receiving centre within seconds. This tried and tested technology is provided by Redcare and was pioneered by BT.

Case Study: Aspro Crest Ltd.
For UK retailer Pets At Home, security is a prime concern. Keeping more than 300 stores around the UK safe and secure is a big task.

When they decided to update their system and turned to alarm company Aspro Crest for help, there was no margin for error.

Aspro Crest managing director Nick Robinson immediately recommended Redcare’s Secure IP product, confident it would provide everything required.

“As well as needing totally reliable security, Pets At Home were keen to reduce costs in today’s competitive market, and Redcare Secure IP provided the ideal solution,” he said.

Aspro Crest rapidly deployed Redcare Secure IP as a retrofit across all the company’s stores.

“The level of support – including technical support - from Redcare was absolutely superb,” said Nick.

“We also use Redcare Secure IP’s upload/download successfully with customers elsewhere.”
